CASAFINA BLANCO TEQUILA
Double distillation in a copper still 100% Blue Agave
Grades:
Cooked agave (panela, honey).
Bright citrus fruits (grapefruit, lime peel).
Fresh herbs (basil, eucalyptus, mint).
A marked minerality (wet stone, flint).
Subtle floral notes appear (orange blossom).
Palate:
Well-integrated, with a warm, yet unburned aroma. Intense cooked agave flavors, sweet, juicy citrus fruits (lemon, lime), mineral and herbal notes, and a subtle white pepper spiciness at the finish.
CASAFINA REPOSADO TEQUILA
Aged in American oak barrels for 6-8 months.
Grades:
Cooked agave more caramelized.
Dried orange peel, toasted almonds.
Cooked fruits (baked apple, pear).
Soft wood (vanilla, coconut, light oak), along with hints of medium roast (light coffee, nutmeg).
The barrel provides sweet spices (cloves, cinnamon).
Palate:
Warm and rounded aftertaste thanks to the barrel. Intense flavors of deep-cooked agave, vanilla, soft caramel, and ripe fruit (light banana) stand out.
CASAFINA CRISTALINO TEQUILA
Reposado filtered with activated carbon to remove color.
Grades:
Delicate aromas of cooked agave, fresh white fruit (pear, apple) and white flowers (jasmine, orange blossom).
Subtle vanilla, fresh coconut, walnut and clarified butter.
Due to filtration, the tertiary aromas are very faint: Light sweet wood and white spices such as anise and cardamom.
Palate:
Silky and slightly sweet. Flavors of sweet agave, vanilla, white almond, and light floral and mineral notes. The finish is subtle, slightly sweet, and refreshing.
